A little something I cooked up one evening when I was bored. This was created using Pro Tools, the built in signal generators (RTAS) and other modulating plug-ins. Copius amounts of randomly generated automation envelopes were applied to create the phrase you are hearing. I had initially placed a beat to it, but removed it at the urging of a friend. I think it works better without it. I would be happy to share the technique or session with anyone interested (of course anything released would be under a Creative Commons license). Cheers.
